A.    Our 50 planetary transmission gearbox and drive axle works with high stability and reliability.

B.    The economical front loader is furnished with the high-level free maintenance accumulator to strengthen the working reliability and stability.

C.    It uses the reliable and durable electrical element, wire and sheath adopting the flame retardant material.

D.    The overall steel frame of the cab has high structural strength and reliability.

E.     The front of the cab is formed through the mold and the overall blanking for the floor plate elevates the reliability.

F.     The rear machine cover is constructed with the overall frame type to ensure good reliability.

b.     The fuel system protector is available for service.

I. Under special weather and environment conditions, the fuel system protector can ensure the normal work when the engine is filled with the diesel of the same grade. Namely, under the environment with the temperature of or so, the product can still work normally after being added with the 0# diesel. II. The fuel system protector can achieve oil pumping and air exhaust to reduce the startup time and extend the service lifetime of the startup elements. III. The trustworthy dewater filter core is exploited for filtering the impurities and moisture to lower the failure rate of fuel system.

c.     The electromagnetic thermostat fan can actualize the automatic adjustment of the fan speed.

I.      The thermal equilibrium of the diesel engine can be improved and the replacement cycle for the cylinder liner, piston, piston ring and piston pin can be extended.

II.    The electromagnetic thermostat fan can effectively reduce the useless power consume of the fan to save the fuel.

6.     More Comfort

A The electromagnetic thermostat fan of the engine can reduce the vibration of the engine, contributing to the increase of the comfort.

B.    The interior decoration looks nice by adopting the composite material.

C.    The cab of the economical front loader is fitted with luxury interior and large space allowing for broad vision field.

D.    The operational devices are arranged rationally in the cab to facilitate the operation.

E.     Due to the 4-point elastic suspension and bi-directional shock absorption, the damping effect can outnumber 85%.

F.     The measures of noise reduction by using sound-absorbing material and sound insulation via the floor mats can weaken the reverberation in the cab to abate the fatigue of the operator.
